3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account management, or a technical, customer-facing role within a global technology or consulting environment.
Full fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving (“Care, Notice, Act”).
Demonstrated track record of delivering results, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Openness to alternative talent attraction strategies, non-traditional candidate profiles, and evolving team operating models.
