Lead Onboarding Agent with Italian

Responsibilities:

• Supporting companies throughout the registration process with a social media client.
• Contacting agencies that have started registration and assisting them with the next steps.
• Communicating with companies and agencies in Italian and English.
• Providing approximately 100 hours of service per month, with timing planned independently according to availability and agreed needs.
• Delivering services from Monday to Friday within 8-17.

• Fluent Italian at minimum C1 level.
• Very good English at minimum B2 level.
