- Independently manage recruitment processes for the company’s clients
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment: from demand forecasting through onboarding
- Apply sourcing strategies aligned with budget constraints: direct search, job postings, vendor management, talent pools
- Plan recruitment team capacity
- Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives
- Develop an HR action plan grounded in the company’s financial realities (priorities, budget, timeline)
- Define and monitor HR KPIs - both operational and culture/engagement-related
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Recommend, implement, and refine HR processes
- Work closely with team leaders (Delivery, Sales, Finance, Marketing): regular sessions, problem diagnosis, and joint solution development
- Support managers in handling difficult conversations, including feedback and performance management
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and exceptional Client Experience
- Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a strong employee experience at every stage
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance engagement and wellbeing, with a strong understanding of real employee needs
- Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and pulse checks - analyze results, provide recommendations, and ensure follow-up
