- Monitor and support enterprise network and telecom infrastructure across global environments
- Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure-related issues to minimise service disruption
- Work closely with engineering teams and external vendors to restore services efficiently
- Support incident resolution processes and escalate issues where required
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for proactive improvements
- Contribute to infrastructure stability, monitoring standards and operational best practices
- Participate in global support activities within distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Assist with service optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
