- Lead and coordinate the resolution of critical service-impacting incidents within operational technology environments
- Drive incident calls, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely service restoration activities
- Work closely with engineering teams, operations teams and external vendors during major incidents
- Manage communication, escalations and governance throughout the incident lifecycle
- Analyse incident trends and identify opportunities to improve operational stability and response processes
- Support post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure operational standards, procedures and service management practices are followed consistently
- Collaborate with global teams operating across different regions and time zones
- Support on-call and high-priority operational activities where required
