Provide first-line IT support in a global environment, ensuring reliable and efficient assistance for end users across multiple locations. Focus on delivering high-quality technical support while maintaining a strong customer service experience.
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support for end users
- Resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
- Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy hardware and software (PCs, laptops, Macs, mobile devices, printers)
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and basic network services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems and knowledge bases
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and assist with procurement processes
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors when required
- Participate in IT projects, deployments, and infrastructure support activities
- Contribute to improving support procedures and documentation
