Entering new cases and updating status of existing Employee Relations investigations in the ServiceNow case management database
Assisting in the preparation of investigation plans
Gathering and analyzing data relevant to investigations (emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, staffing information)
Participating in and taking notes during investigative interviews with employees
Assisting with final investigative report writing
Supporting Employee Relations team members with reporting on portfolio of work
Participating in project work as needed
Hybrid working model with up to 2 days working from home per week

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investigation support or related work
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database entry
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive and highly confidential information; proven work ethic and ability to self-start
Fluent English (writing and speaking); bi-lingual skills would be an advantage
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
