- Analyse business needs, define problem statements and perform root cause analysis
- Gather, elicit and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements
- Capture business context, including current state, future state objectives and business needs from impacted user groups
- Facilitate the definition and interpretation of business rules and solution requirements
- Prepare and maintain Epics and User Stories, ensuring they are clear, complete and fit for purpose
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and support prioritisation for development and testing
