- Support the migration of business-critical applications as part of a large-scale data center transformation program.
- Administer, configure and maintain enterprise applications running in production and non-production environments.
- Ensure application availability, stability and operational readiness throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Perform application deployments, configuration updates and production releases in accordance with established change management processes.
- Investigate and resolve application incidents, technical issues and performance-related problems to maintain service continuity.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, database and network teams to prepare, validate and support new environments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver technical solutions.
- Monitor application health, capacity and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, operational procedures and implementation guides using collaboration platforms such as Confluence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
