- Deliver HR administrative processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and internal policies
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and personal files with strong attention to detail and data confidentiality
- Completing assigned HR activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local (Poland) legislative requirements
- Support working time and attendance processes, including monitoring, verification, and ensuring accurate data flow to payroll
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR administration topics, including working time regulations and policies
- Manage and respond to employee queries in a timely and customer-focused manner
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc HR and time-related reports
- Ensure effective coordination and communication with internal stakeholders, payroll, and external providers
- Monitor regulatory changes, especially in labor law and working time, and support their implementation
- Review, update, and improve HR policies, procedures, and process documentation
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance employee experience, including the use of self-service solutions
- Collaborate with global teams to support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
