01 Zakres zadań

  • Shape the Employee Experience at SINGU.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR operations, employment law, compliance, and employee lifecycle matters.
  • Owning employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HR reporting, and policy updates.
  • Proactively monitor legislative changes, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions that support both business objectives and compliance.
  • Build scalable people processes that enable organisational growth.

03 Profil kandydata

  • Solid HR Experience – At least 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech or international environment, with comfort owning HR processes end-to-end.
  • Employment Law & HR Compliance Expertise – You're the go-to expert on employment law and compliance, with strong knowledge of both UoP and B2B models. You proactively mitigate risks and translate legal requirements into scalable, business-friendly HR processes, upholding the highest standards of compliance, data protection, and HR governance.
  • High-Quality HR Documentation – Extensive experience preparing and maintaining employment contracts, amendments, terminations, internal policies, and HR templates – always accurate, compliant, and employee-friendly.
  • HR Systems & Tools – Confident with HRIS and HR tools, and skilled at generating and analysing reports in Excel and other reporting platforms.
  • Reporting & Data Mindset – You enjoy turning insights into action through HR reports, headcount analyses, and workforce dashboards that help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Benefits & Onboarding/Offboarding – Proven experience delivering seamless onboarding and offboarding, managing benefits programmes, and handling employee queries with professionalism, discretion, and care.
