- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR and business partners on workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
