Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Senior TA/HR Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment processes (including IT roles) and actively support broader HR initiatives.

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including technical/IT and specialist roles

• Coordinating recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders

• Sourcing candidates directly via LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach

• Building talent pipelines and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience

• Managing the internship program – planning, coordination, and supporting interns and mentors

• Participating in HR initiatives (onboarding, employee development, wellbeing, organizational culture)

• Supporting employer branding and internal communication efforts

• Tracking recruitment performance and generating reports

• Cooperating with external vendors like recruitment agencies,

• Negotiating terms of cooperation and monitoring the quality of external services
