- Use the gathered data, identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Enforce use of Avature by all involved TA stakeholders
- Process job requisition approvals, postings, and updates in the Avature
- Follow-up candidate progress, track & chase completion of recruitment steps through Avature and requests updates from local TA or Managers if missing
- Support scheduling coordination for interviews in line with hiring managers availabilities
- Perform background check (including for re-hires)
- Prepare and validate offer letters for standard positions with standard packages based on standard templates
- Follow up on candidate documentation and onboarding steps in coordination with HRBPs
- Support interns, apprentice and VIE administration
- Ensure data consistency across systems (One Profile, Avature, etc.)
- Consolidate data and perform KPI follow-up to produce TA reports
