- Executing end-to-end talent management processes including IT recruiting, onboarding and offboarding activities. And occasionally support on training, development, internal mobility
- Managing vacancies in Poland as well as in other European countries: publication, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and communication with hiring managers and evaluators
- Supporting recruitment processes by assessing cultural fit and alignment with business needs
- Ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and handling associated documentation and administrative processes
- Identifying training and development needs during recruitment and onboarding phases, recommending appropriate learning solutions from the internal training catalog
- Applying compensation and benefits policies during candidate offer processes
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment between people operations and business objectives
