- Managing the internship program – planning, coordination, and supporting interns and mentors
- Participating in HR initiatives (onboarding, employee development, wellbeing, organizational culture)
- Supporting employer branding and internal communication efforts
- Tracking recruitment performance and generating reports
- Cooperating with external vendors like recruitment agencies,
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and monitoring the quality of external services
