To keep running smoothly, we’re looking for a well-organized, proactive person who enjoys bringing structure to information, improving internal processes, and working cross-team. In this role, you’ll support internal and external communication, business operations, and onboarding - with a strong focus on keeping content, data, and tools consistent and up to date.
- Manage and continuously improve the company intranet
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Coordinate social media activities
- Analytical mind working with CRM, LinkedIn, Hubspot, job boards data
- Detail-oriented administrator managing recruitment tools
- Support partner for onboarding creating roadmaps
- Coordinator for internal communication around legal and financial changes
