Digital Market Activation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product owners, value streams, regional IT and local digital teams to embed digital change.
• Manage business readiness for releases, including impact assessment, communications, training, migration and implementation.
• Provide digital change consultancy and support ongoing feature enablement in assigned markets.
• Establish governance and coordinate with risk stewards and local regulatory teams.
• Oversee go-to-market planning, minimise disruption and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate local training for contact centre and network teams.
• Manage staff and customer pilots for new digital features.
• Track and report feature performance, benefits and handover.

• Negotiation and relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
• Analytical, planning and governance skills to manage risks, issues and delivery.
• Expertise in digital channels, including technical, marketplace and customer considerations.
• Expertise in communications, operational impact assessment, training, migration and implementation planning.
• Clear written and verbal communication of complex or technical issues.
• Pragmatic, data-driven decision-making and understanding of implications and trade-offs.
• Understanding of project methodologies, frameworks and best practices, with experience managing multiple releases across a portfolio.
