YOU WILL
- Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team
- Maintain compliance with Service Management standards and ensure high-quality data within Service Management systems
- Support the identification, investigation, and resolution of incidents related to IT services.
- Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives are achieved for all supported solutions
- Deliver infrastructure changes with a strong focus on customer and user experience
- Develop and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet performance, scalability, availability, security, and resilience requirements
- Implement and improve automation across build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure consistency and high-quality releases
- Drive continuous integration practices, system monitoring, and proactive maintenance activities
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with batch processing operations
- Manage and resolve batch processing failures and operational issues in a timely manner
- Take ownership of critical batch processes, including end-of-day, end-of-month, and end-of-year processing activities.
- Lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Create and manage shift schedules for the team
