- Plan, coordinate and execute testing activities in line with quality standards and project timelines
- Design, implement and maintain manual and automated test cases
- Develop and improve test automation frameworks using .NET and Robot Framework
- Create automated test scenarios using Gherkin or similar approaches
- Execute test cases and report test progress and results in qTest
- Prepare and maintain test documentation and support defect management activities
- Analyse requirements and define appropriate testing approaches and test coverage
- Prepare and manage test data, test environments and service virtualization required for efficient testing
- Perform integration and data validation testing across different file formats and systems
- Support investigation and resolution of production issues
- Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders and other technical teams
- Apply testing best practices and continuously improve testing processes and tooling
