Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and execute testing strategies for mobile and IoT products.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, guide test design and run knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Introduce QA tools and practices, including test automation and CI/CD integration.
- Define quality metrics and improve testing efficiency.
- Work with the CTO on QA direction and collaborate with developers, PMs and clients on acceptance criteria and coverage.
- Oversee compatibility, functional, integration, E2E, automated, performance, security and regression testing.
- Own quality work from BLE signal capture through cloud data validation.
- Use AI tools in daily QA work.
