Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple business units and stakeholders
- Create and manage test scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices, and test documentation
- Establish and administer JIRA-based test and defect management processes
- Lead Solution Validation, Data Validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and retesting activities
- Produce test dashboards, progress reports, and readiness updates for programme governance
- Define test entry and exit criteria and support formal sign-off processes
- Coordinate business testers and manage test schedules and execution plans
- Support Go-Live readiness assessments and testing-related governance activities
- Collaborate with programme workstream leads to ensure timely issue resolution
