Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Define test strategies with developers, business analysts and product owners.
- Execute functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Provar.
- Report defects, monitor quality metrics and support process improvements.
- Assist with release management and deployment validation.
- Maintain QA documentation, conduct stakeholder training and product demos.
- Participate in the agile development cycle.
