Chief Solution Architect

Andersen is hiring a Chief Solution Architect for a project developing a global travel management platform and scalable enterprise solutions supporting digital transformation.

The customer is an international organization providing business support and operational services across industries and markets. The project focuses on a global platform for group travel, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events, designed to streamline operations, improve international collaboration, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design the new in-house global operating system.
• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with business strategy.
• Define end-to-end system architecture, ensuring interoperability, scalability, performance, and reliable infrastructure.
• Drive long-term technology planning and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with business leaders, product managers, and development teams.
• Mentor developers, architects, and engineers on design patterns, coding standards, and integration approaches.
• Identify technology risks and design resilient, secure systems aligned with compliance requirements.

Must-haves:

• 4+ years in software development across multiple languages, frameworks, and design patterns.
• ERP experience and proven system architecture expertise across frontend integrations, microservices, APIs, data modeling, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as CRM, data warehouses, and middleware.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience with IT strategy, technology roadmaps, and technology evaluation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Strong documentation and visualization skills, including UML and ArchiMate.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+.
