Responsibilities:

• Responding to customers from the Russian market via phone, chat and e-mail, handling both inbound and outbound contact.
• Working sensitively with confidential travel-related information, including hotel bookings and plane tickets.
• Maintaining a proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.
• Representing one of the most popular travel agencies as a brand ambassador.
