Travel Advisor with Russian

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers by phone, chat and email, inbound and outbound, for the Russian market.
• Handle confidential travel information, including hotel bookings and plane tickets, with sensitivity.
• Provide proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding customer service.
• Represent a popular travel agency as a brand ambassador.

• Russian language skills at C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evening work until 11:00 PM CET, three weekends per month and local public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, a call center, tourism or the airline industry is preferred.
