Participate in the full AI lifecycle — from idea, through development, to deployment
Build and maintain ML and Generative AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Apply good engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and basic MLOps
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver workable solutions
Ensure solutions are stable, reliable, and ready for production use
Share knowledge and support less experienced team members when needed

Experience working with AI/ML solutions in real-world projects
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or chatbot solutions
Basic experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Understanding of software engineering practices (Python, APIs)
Experience working in teams and delivering projects end-to-end
Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
Very good English and German skills (min. B2 level required)
