Genai And LLM Operations Engineer

Ideal candidate profile

• 5+ years in software/data engineering
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications (RAG, agents, LLMOps)
• Strong Python + production systems (APIs, CI/CD, monitoring, debugging)
• Experience with data pipelines, SQL, and data platforms
• Experience building LLM applications (RAG, agents, Text-to-SQL, evaluation)
• Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Agentic / multi-step workflows (LangChain, LangGraph or similar)
• Nice to have: MLflow, vector DBs, ontologies, multimodal AI

We're looking for a GenAI and LLM Operations Engineer for the AI team at an international life sciences company. The role focuses on deploying GenAI and LLM solutions in global supply chain – from ontology design to model operationalization, automation, and predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design ontologies, semantic standards, and data interoperability for supply chain.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams on LLM models.
• Implement governance, best practices for LLM ops, fine-tuning, and ethical AI (MLflow/Opik a plus).
• Build LLM agentic systems with LangChain, Python pipelines, Gemini/multimodal AI integrations.
• Work with cloud ML (AWS/GCP/Azure), BigQuery, data warehousing, and software engineering (git, QC).
• Monitor AI trends and translate them into supply chain strategies.

Conditions

• Form of cooperation: UoP
• Salary range: 20 000 - 25 000 PLN gross/month
• Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the Warsaw office
