3+ years of experience recruiting for banking, tech, or corporate leadership positions
Expertise working with and influencing C-level stakeholders
A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts
Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
Solid problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
High ambition, self-motivation, and a passion about our vision
Exceptional communication skills
Fluency in English
