Responsibilities
- AWS Architecture: Design cloud-native solutions (HLD/LLD) utilizing the full range of AWS services, ensuring alignment with the AWS Well-Architected Framework for security, reliability, and cost-optimization.
- IaC Strategy: Define automation standards and oversee Terraform deployments across projects.
- Modernization: Drive the adoption of advanced patterns, including Kubernetes (EKS), serverless (Lambda/Fargate), and event-driven architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Act as a "guiding star" for engineering teams, providing the guidance necessary to translate vision into software and solving complex technical obstacles.
- Innovation & Quality: Lead PoC and MVP development to mitigate risks. Conduct code and infrastructure reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise-class standards.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders to identify requirements and design multi-year cloud transformation roadmaps.
- Pre-sales Support: Act as a technical expert during the sales process, assisting in effort estimation, defining Scope of Work (SoW), and presenting technical capabilities.
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Requirements:
- Rich, practical experience working with the AWS ecosystem, including services such as Transit Gateway, IAM principles, Aurora, and SageMaker.
- Documented experience in designing distributed systems and leading large-scale cloud migrations or creating entirely new cloud environments.
- Strong experience in DevOps and automation, including CI/CD processes, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and applying a "Security by Design" approach.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and architectural trade-offs to both software engineers and business stakeholders without technical knowledge.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification or relevant AWS specialist certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a consulting or partner environment, managing multiple stakeholders and diverse technical environments.
- Experience in software development (e.g., in Python, Go, or TypeScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams and support them.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Polish in both speech and writing.
