The role holder is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets across the bank to identify commonalities, specific journey related data-sets and valuable insights. The analyst will use a variety of technical tools and methodologies to support the business, improve efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, understand and analyse data from various bank sources (Onboarding, KYC, Products, Tax, etc.)
- Design, maintain and troubleshoot data systems and databases
- Implement data governance policies, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Aggregate data for analysis and ensure datasets are ready for modelling
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and provide recommendations
- Present reports to leadership for strategic decision-making
- Identify automation opportunities in data analysis
- Recommend and contribute to process improvements in analysis, mapping and requirements gathering
