- Recruitment process: one on-line meeting with the hiring managers, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter
- Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn complex operational and user experience data into practical insights that improve internal technology services. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how users interact with IT services, identify friction points, and build clear visibility around service performance. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytics, dashboard creation and process automation to influence how digital services evolve.
What will you do
- Identify, gather and integrate data from multiple sources including IT systems, service desks, monitoring tools and customer experience platforms
- Define and maintain key metrics for tracking customer IT journeys and service performance
- Analyse user behaviour across IT services to identify trends, pain points and optimization opportunities
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and strategic improvements
- Design and maintain dashboards that clearly communicate performance and experience metrics
- Present insights in a clear and accessible way
