We are looking for a highly effective, client focused Business Analyst with experience in managing delivery as well as in requirements gathering and testing. You will analyse, define and own the implementation of the Client Services products across multiple client journey, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and assess business needs.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with business SME’s to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories that have clear acceptance criteria
- Perform business requirements gathering using a variety of techniques and support requirement refinement utilizing agile methodologies
- Presenting business requirements, proposed solution and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner for review, subsequently supporting the development team with query resolution during development phases
- Work with IT teams to refine solution designs / user stories and communicate back to the business stakeholders
- Test delivered IT components and working with the development team to resolve any identified defects
- Preparation of materials for senior stakeholder
