You will support administration, analysis & reporting for key transformational programmes.
What you’ll do:
- Support procurement processes (raise & track spend requests, purchase orders & invoices)
- Support resourcing processes (raise & track headcount requests, purchase orders & invoices)
- Track programme spend against budgets (track spend actuals, forecasts & provide management reporting)
- Track workforce demand & utilisation
- Maintain accurate data in PMO tooling (eg. financial forecast, headcount plan)
- Assist with the preparation of programme reporting
- Collaborate & engage with a range of stakeholders – programme mangement office, procurement, finance, workforce management, technical delivery teams etc.
