01 Zakres zadań

  • Support design and maintenance of an MCA independent assessment Program overseeing MCA design, management, and execution across ORM
  • Develop training and provide SME to ORM coverage teams on their roles and MCA Independent Assessment Program reviews
  • Ensure appropriate infrastructure and data support MCA Independent Assessment execution, including AI utilization
  • Coordinate with other 2LOD specialists in effective challenge of business' MCA practices
  • Proactively analyze MCA data sources to form independent assessment on MCA Program adequacy
  • Support annual plan of MCA Independent Assessment reviews (design and management)
  • Execute periodic/targeted reviews of MCA Program design and management (MCA Standards/Procedures, MCA system, 1LOD QA, reports/metrics) to assess adherence with Policies, Standards, Procedures
  • Identify MCA Program methodology and management enhancements
  • Promote actions addressing root causes of Issues; validate completion and resolution
  • Ensure project completion, special assignments, ad hoc activities
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members
  • Be innovative in improving processes utilizing AI for MCA oversight
  • Prepare materials presenting MCA Independent Assessment outcomes to Governance Committees/Senior Management
  • Diffuse conflict and work toward agreement

03 Profil

  • 7+ relevant years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or other control function
  • Knowledge of operational risk principles, methodologies and tools
  • Evidence of delivery of results with strong execution skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Strong planning and organizing skills with ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities
  • A proactive and "no surprises" approach in communicating issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Developed interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization and across different geographic locations
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
