Responsibilities:
- Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts.
- Review client information and documentation for compliance with local regulations and Citi standards.
- Update KYC forms and client profiles in line with policy requirements.
- Follow up with clients to obtain required information before due dates.
- Monitor and track KYC records and Appendix approvals, support action plans for expiring records, and prevent overdue records.
- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions.
