- Seller-doer with clear responsibility for achieving sales targets in Environmental Advisory & Compliance.
- Identify, originate, and convert business opportunities across key sectors.
- Lead the full sales cycle: client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning Arcadis early in decision-making processes.
- Develop and scale a portfolio of services, balancing compliance-driven and high-value advisory work.
- Collaborate with European teams on cross-border opportunities.
- Partner with bidding and marketing teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and sales materials.
- Manage budget and Profit & Loss oversight for your area of responsibility.
