Responsibilities:

Build and deliver from scratch an automation framework for the Corporate platform using Copado.
Cover smoke, end-to-end, UAT, regression and unit testing across continuous deployment phases.
Design test cases, plans and strategies for functional, integration and regression scenarios.
Execute automated and manual functional tests and provide stakeholder support during UAT.
Perform API testing and validate integrations across Salesforce and Workday.
Write and maintain functional and non-functional UI and API test suites for scalable, maintainable and performant solutions.
Document daily results in dashboards and highlight defects, risks and process improvement recommendations.

Release & CI/CD support:

Assess release readiness and participate in CI/CD deployment cycles.
Collaborate with DevOps, release management and Corporate Systems teams on Roadmap projects and BAU activities.
Align unit-level test coverage and support timely delivery of corporate platform releases.

03 Profil

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
4–6 years of automated testing experience and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Copado suites, robotic testing and CI/CD.
Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium.
Knowledge of PDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Experience with GitHub, Jira and Confluence.
Experience testing front-end and back-end web services.
Experience with Test Driven Development, data models and test documentation, strategies and approaches.

Professional capabilities:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering technical solutions as part of large projects.
Ability to work independently and mentor junior testers as the team expands.
Commitment to progress over perfection, ownership of decisions and reliable delivery.
