Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 1–3 small to mid-sized IT projects for Polish and international clients under an experienced Project Manager.
• Act as the client contact, support communication and build positive working relationships.
• Help define requirements and prepare user stories, basic project plans and other documentation.
• Organize project tasks and support alignment with Agile methodologies.
• Prepare reports, update documentation and support billing processes.
• Develop practical project management skills with mentorship and support.

Recruitment process:

Key requirements:

• At least 1 year of project coordination or related experience in a software house.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication in Polish and English, minimum C1 in both languages.
• Basic knowledge of Agile and Waterfall and willingness to learn best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IT project development, preferably mobile projects.
• Direct client experience, especially in international or cross-cultural settings.
• Interest in IT development, software project management and emerging technology.
• Availability to work from the Kraków office as required.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, a technical IT background, and hands-on use of AI productivity tools.
