Engineering Uplift Lead

This role combines technical leadership with process improvement and engineering transformation.

You will

• Identify engineering improvement opportunities using operational metrics and telemetry
• Drive initiatives focused on reliability, automation, and developer productivity
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to prioritize improvements
• Define engineering standards and best practices
• Improve engineering processes and delivery workflows
• Build dashboards and KPIs to measure engineering performance
• Coach engineering teams and promote continuous improvement

Must have

• Strong software engineering background
• Experience with SRE and Operational Excellence
• Experience driving engineering transformation across multiple teams
• Excellent analytical and business analysis skills
• Experience with Agile delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent English and Polish
