Optimize pipeline performance through caching, parallelization, and dependency management
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enforce best practices
Support compliance requirements and maintain audit-ready engineering processes

7+ years of experience in software engineering
3+ years working with CI/CD platforms or in a DevSecOps role
Strong expertise in Jenkins, including Groovy-based shared libraries
Advanced Python programming skills, particularly in automation and scripting
Deep understanding of build and packaging systems (Maven, NPM, Python)
Experience with infrastructure and deployment tools such as Helm and Terraform
Knowledge of containerization and image metadata management
Solid understanding of software supply chain security (e.g., SLSA, CycloneDX SBOMs, artifact digests)
Experience with tools for code quality and security scanning (e.g., SonarQube, Sonatype IQ, SAST, container scanning)
Proven track record in performance optimization of build and CI/CD systems
Strong awareness of compliance and security standards
