Design and deliver training materials and instructor-led sessions (online/on-site)
Translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused guidance
Support adoption initiatives and contribute to learning journeys
Collaborate with stakeholders and co-develop the adoption approach with the Project Manager
Ensure training quality, consistency, and alignment with governance standards
Incorporate feedback and stay current with Fabric and Purview updates
Work within governance frameworks and collaborate with distributed (including offshore) teams
Focus on enablement and adoption rather than full-time development

Senior-level experience with Microsoft Fabric (hands-on expertise required)
Solid understanding of Microsoft Purview and data governance concepts
Experience in designing and delivering technical training or workshops
Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible learning content
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Ability to bridge technology, governance, and user adoption perspectives
Proactive, insight-driven mindset with a focus on user enablement
Very good English skills
