- Manage and oversee global hosting operations, including Cloud and Server environments
- Ensure operational performance meets agreed SLA targets and business expectations
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key third-party suppliers
- Manage nearshore and offshore teams to deliver consistent hosting services
- Oversee third party outsource agreements to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Maintain operational expenditure forecasting and support recharge of services to internal customers
- Contribute to technical governance and ensure compliance with IT policies, frameworks, and ITIL processes
- Attend Change Approval Board meetings to ensure alignment and governance
- Develop, maintain, and review internal technical processes and procedures for the hosting service
- Support technology rationalization, consolidation, and optimization initiatives across regions
- Ensure appropriate technical oversight and governance across Cloud and Server estate
- Drive consistency in processes, governance, and tooling across IT operations, application teams, and engineering teams
- Oversee service transition to IT operations for any implementations and service delivery execution
