Own the end-to-end lifecycle: MVP → scaling → adoption → client onboarding -> scaling

Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe)
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority
Ability to operate effectively with external partners (data sources/ATS’s)
Business & Analytical Skills
Ability to define and track KPIs (conversion, engagement, performance)
Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset
Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven approach
Experience in start-up / scale up culture
Experience working in multi-market / international environments
