- Translate business strategy and customer needs into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans
- Lead feature development from discovery and business case definition through delivery and optimization
- Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs between customer experience, business value, and delivery capacity
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, content, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor and improve platform KPIs related to engagement, conversion, and performance
- Support the continuous enhancement of retailer and partner digital experiences
- Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams in international environments
- Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and product roadmap alignment
- Contribute to product growth initiatives and optimization strategies
