Key requirements:

At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer using Java or Gosu
Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role as Tech Lead or Architect
Fluency in English and German (B2/C1 level)
Solid hands-on experience with systems integration or insurance domain
Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills to bridge business and technical solutions
Experience in effort estimation and risk identification
Knowledge of Web Services, Microservices, JMS, or Spring
Readiness to travel regularly
Ability to work in the EU
