- Drive performance by taking full accountability for app performance and ensuring key KPIs are met, including ROAS, CAC, CPI, and lifetime value.
- Help define performance marketing OKRs and recommend new projects to drive growth.
- Nurture and optimize large-scale budgets, ensuring precise monitoring and pacing across all platforms.
- Maintain and improve account health with hands-on implementation in platforms such as Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
- Work directly with internal teams such as Data and Brand Marketing, and nurture partnerships with external partners such as Branch, Meta, and Google.
- Focus on keyword optimization and creative experimentation to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through increased organic installation volume.
- Innovate by finding new ways to drive app use through paid and organic channels.
- Keep a pulse on overall app health metrics such as monthly active users and uninstall rates.
