- Supporting the Head of Media Sales in external kick off calls to ensure the brief and campaign needs are clearly understood.
- Create a production and campaign timeline and any other materials needed to deliver the campaign.
- Reporting: ensure the teams who are delivering output feedback the numbers required for the sales manager to pull together into a sales document for future work.
- Check ins - create and ensure campaign check ins happen with key delivery teams to discuss the campaign and deliver any optimisations.
- CM’s and Sales & steering. This part will be part of the marketing asset production too to ensure everything is synched in one sales team output.
- Invoicing and management of freelancers/delivery. This can include hiring freelance project managers, designers, editors etc.
- Ensuring competition winners are chosen and this is facilitated. Operations/cs on hand to help fulfil.
- Ad serving: Process all ad serving needs across the UK for media partners.
