- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and business roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Cooperate with external partners such as agencies and job boards
- Monitor recruitment data, KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities
- Support and optimize ATS usage and recruitment processes
- Participate in international recruitment and employer branding initiatives
- Represent Aperam during recruitment events and employer branding activities
- Support selected HR projects within the international HR team
