We are seeking a Head of Sales to shape and drive the Next Chapter of our expansion. You'll co-design and execute our ambitious 3-5 year growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our existing customer base across EU markets while leading our evolving Sales and Business Development teams.
- Personally drive revenue growth through direct client engagement and strategic sales activities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies
- Set individual client strategies and tailored approaches for key accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Partner with Delivery and HR teams to ensure commercial contract success
- Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams on integrated sales initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and grow high-performing sales professionals
- Lead and expand our Sales and Account Management team across multiple geographies
